You must be 18 years or older to be tattooed, are not under the influence or pregnant/breastfeeding.

Please bring a valid form of photo ID to your appointment, otherwise I will reschedule you with loss of deposit.

Your deposit is strictly non-refundable.

Please pay the agreed upon amount within 48 hours once the deposit invoice has been sent to your email address.

After 48 hours of non-payment I cannot guarantee our agreed upon date for your booking.

This is due to the high volume of tattoo requests that come through constantly.

You will be sent a booking confirmation to your phone/ email once a deposit has been paid and checked off by me.

This means you are booked in for your appointment!

You will not be booked in until you receive a confirmation text or email from us!

If you do not receive a booking confirmation text or email after paying the deposit, please email me back to double check as our system doesn't automatically alert us.

In some circumstances I may send out a rough draft the day before your appointment if we have already discussed this.

This will give you a chance to revise the idea and suggest changes if necessary.

You will see the finalised concept on the day and any minor changes can be discussed then.

Tattoo sleeves and large complex designs will already have been discussed with you in terms of the design process.

If you are sick or need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hrs prior to your tattoo appointment and I'll do my best to find an alternate date that works for us both.

Deposits will only be transferred a maximum of two times before another deposit is required for a third reschedule.

Please do not come to the studio if you are unwell!

( If we get sick, it's a week without income for us. )

You will be asked to pay another deposit and your appointment will be moved.

If I am unwell or need to reschedule you I will contact you asap to organise another time that will suit us both.

Less than 24 hours notice, or if you are running more than 20-30mins late to your appointment, rescheduling and loss of your deposit may apply.

We have a tight schedule with other clients to accommodate, please be mindful of this when planning your commute to the studio.

You may be asked to pay another deposit and reschedule your appointment otherwise.

Ghosting, blocking, not showing up to your appointment without corresponding with us won't be tolerated and you may be blacklisted.

Emergency situations are of course an exception!

But please contact the studio or email me when you can.
